MEET THE PROVIDER
Linden Spital, PMHNP
Linden Spital, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing care for children, adolescents, and young adults on the South Shore of Massachusetts. She has 10+ years of experience across Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and brings a strong background in consultation-liaison psychiatry. Linden currently also practices at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, where she works with multidisciplinary teams to support patients and families navigating complex psychiatric needs.
As a parent herself and an active member of the local community, Linden understands the factors jeopardizing emotional well-being across youth and young adults as well as the real world challenges families face when seeking mental health care. She founded Balance: Restored & Nourished, PLLC to provide comprehensive, longitudinal, humanizing care including medication management, psychotherapy, and consultative nutritional psychiatry for each individual client. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and collaborative, helping young people and families feel understood, validated, and restored.

Insurance Accepted
We are currently in-network with Harvard Pilgrim Cigna/Evernorth and will be in-network with BCBS Massachusetts by end of February. We are actively credentialing with Optum, MGB Health Plan, Wellsense, and Mass Health.
