About

Meet Linden
I am a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, specializing in the care of children, adolescents, and young adults on the South Shore of Massachusetts. I bring more than 10 years of experience across Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, including a background in consultation-liaison psychiatry, where collaboration and whole-person care are essential.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and currently practice at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to support patients and families navigating complex mental health needs. My work is grounded in evidence-based care, thoughtful clinical judgment, and deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.
As a parent and active member of the local community, I understand the factors jeopardizing emotional well being across youth and young adults as well as the real world challenges families face when seeking mental health care. I founded Balance: Restored & Nourished, PLLC to provide comprehensive, longitudinal, humanizing care including medication management, psychotherapy, and consultative nutritional psychiatry for each individual client.
Our Philosophy
BRN Care practices integrative psychiatry, an approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand the full emotional, physical, developmental, and lifestyle factors influencing mental health. By thoughtfully combining therapy, medication management, and nutritional support, we create personalized treatment plans that address root causes and promote lasting resilience. This whole-person model supports balanced growth, emotional regulation, long-term well-being and ultimately better outcomes for clients and their families.

Whole-person mental health care.
We practice integrative psychiatry by looking beyond symptoms to understand the emotional, physical, developmental, and lifestyle factors that shape mental health. By addressing root causes alongside presenting concerns, we support deeper healing and long-term resilience.

Integrated therapy, medication, and nutrition.
Rather than separating treatment into silos, we thoughtfully combine psychotherapy, medication management, and nutritional guidance within one coordinated care plan. This integrated approach strengthens treatment outcomes and promotes balanced, sustainable emotional strength.

Personalized, Family-Centered Treatment.
Every child and young adult is unique. We partner closely with families to create individualized care plans that respect developmental stage, values, and goals, ensuring treatment is collaborative, responsive, and aligned with each patient’s needs.
